Getting Started

Hello. If you don’t know me, I’m Dr. Block. I write Minecraft books for kids. Some of them are pretty popular, including the Diary of a Surfer Villager and Baby Zeke the Chicken Jockey series. If you want to read them, click on the “Links” button on my profile, or go to your favorite bookstore website and search for them. You can get nearly all of them in ebook and paperback, and a substantial percentage of them are available as audiobooks, too!

While I might, from time to time on this Substack, write random posts about topics that interest me, most of my posts will be of two types: 1) updates on my progress writing my current book or 2) an announcement that I’ve just released a new book.
